This automatic stacking line is a basket stacking system with the clamping arms hung on a walking crane. Walking on the linear pass line, the system is equipped with an automatic lubricating device to improve the maintenance cycle and walking precision. Driven by a gear and rack, the reduction gear is engineered to serve two shafts to ensure that two gears run synchronously. The walking speed is controlled by a servo motor with brake. Multi-speed walking with dual over-run protection is offered in order to ensure smooth running and precise positioning. This design prevents vibration during moving, improves equipment performance and avoids secondary collision.
Operating process: The material box and the travelling crane are put in the original position a the transmission device conveys the division bar to the specified position a the profile is carried under the division bar a the travelling crane lowers the manipulator a the manipulator clamps the division bar and lifts a the crane moves to the top of the material boxa the crane descends to the specified position and the manipulator drops the division bar a the crane ascends a the crane returns to the original position.
This is a complete cycle, with all operations controlled using PLC and a touch screen. The length and quantity of the loaded profiles can be set, and the line is equipped with a photoelectric detection and fault alarm display, making operation easy.
