The run out table comes equipped with a hydraulic lifting device. An adjustable screw structure is used on each roller to adjust the roller level. When the table is near the profile, the pneumatic cylinder allows the side gear roller to lower. When the table pulls away, the roller rises. This design prevents the aluminum profile from slipping off of the roll rack. An under air duct is also mounted on the table.
The transfer table (needled felt belt driven) is conveyed using a reduction drive, sprocket and chain. It is free to dismantle and easy to assemble and maintain. A frequency converter is managed to control it. The running and stop performance of the table is smooth.
A centrifugal fan with air duct is controlled using a frequency converter. The air nozzle is located between every two rollers to accelerate the cooling effect, and the air duct comes equipped with a guide plate to keep the air exhaust uniform.
