The roller frame on the aluminum profile cutting machine has a welded frame structure with a lifting function. The machine uses downlink sawing, with a saw head designed to have a lifting function, and sawing performed along a straight track. Cutting is done with hydraulic feeding, with a cyclone cloth bagged aluminum chip collector provided.
The head saw is functioned to lift or lower in order to prevent the profile from colliding when the saw blade draws back. The cover of the pneumatic clamping device is equipped with a suction inlet, allowing it to remove any residual aluminum chips. Another suction inlet is under the saw web. An oil spray device with low consumption is used to lubricate the saw blade, which is beneficial for aluminum scrap recycling.
