1. Raw materials
The stringent quality control of equipment we manufactured begins from the source of raw materials, and advanced manufacturing equipment are adopted to improve the precision of products. As for materials, high quality 304 stainless steel are used for manufacturing, never cutting corners. On the manufacturing process, strive for perfection to create the gold medal quality. The electrical control systems come from domestic and foreign ace suppliers, of which the overall design is constantly modified, upgraded, and improved in the production practice.
2. Plasma cutting
Our CNC plasma cutting machine is used for cutting 304 stainless steel plates for making bellows and water covers. The plasma cutting machine has high cutting precision that each side is smooth and neat after cutting. The CNC cutting machine can also be used for oxygen cutting, the maximum cutting thickness up to 60 mm.
The precision cutting machine cuts the steel plates into the required sizes according to the design to the design drawings. Now we have introduced an advanced fiber laser cutting system, greatly enhancing the cutting precision and cutting efficiency of stainless steel and carbon steel.
Our company is equipped with imported high precision welding robot, which not only guarantees high quality, high precision and advanced welding technique, but also greatly improves the production efficiency. At the same time, all of our welders possess years of production experience and are familiar with the quality standards of the company, and thus the quality of equipment is well ensured.
5. Finish machining
CNC lathes machining: high-precision CNC lathes are used for shaft machining and hole machining.
CNC lathes machining aluminum drum parts: the aluminum drum parts machined by high- precision CNC lathes have high concentricity, high precision and beautiful appearance.
CNC milling machines for machining: high-precision CNC milling machines are used for key milling and other processing. Fixed plate drilling adopts high-precision milling machines with digital display.
Radial drilling machines for machining : Radial drilling machines are used for drilling, tapping and other operations to the components of quenching equipment. The thickness of machinable parts reach up to 70 mm.
6. Electrical control system
Electrical control box
The internal components of our electrical control system are all supplied by domestic and foreign well-known brand suppliers. The electric control cabinet has large space, good heat dissipation and sealing property, as well as waterproof and dustproof performance. The electrical control box adopts ABB transducer, featured by high stability and high precision. In addition, the imported German Schneider electrical protection device, contactor, intermediate relay are adopted.

Operation platform: the operation panel of our electrical control system adopts imported SIEMENS touchscreen, SIEMENS man-machine interface operation system and Schneider button.
Intelligent control system
Water cooling, air cooling, mechanical operations are all by SIEMENS PLC control.
This control system not only has features of simple operation, high automation, but also helps to realize special processes. The touchscreen is convenient to operate, technical parameters are adjustable and effective process parameters can be saved with parameter memory function. When profiles of the same process are to be manufactured the cooling parameters can be invoked directly, thus effectively improving production efficiency.
